Man arrested on suspicion of ABH after assault near Whitehaven's Wilko
A man has been arrested on suspicion of ABH after an assault near Wilko in Whitehaven.
Police were called to the incident at around 3.30pm on Monday.
The 38-year-old man, from Whitehaven, was arrested on suspicion of assault occasioning actual bodily harm and a public order offence.
He has been released under investigation.
Anyone with information about the incident, who has yet to come forward, is asked to contact police referencing incident 151 of December 3.
