AN INVESTIGATION has launched following an attempted burglary at a Whitehaven shop.
Damage was caused to the door of the premises in the incident, which happened at about 11.20pm on Monday, December 3 at West Cumbria Outdoors on Roper Street.
Officers are looking to identify any witnesses who may have seen anything and get information on the identity of the offenders involved.
Anyone with information should call PC 2707 Holt on 101, quoting log 259 of December 3, or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
