A 51-YEAR-old man has been jailed for four years after being found guilty of historic offences against children.
Anthony Dean was convicted by a jury sitting at Manchester Crown Court of three offences which happened in the Manchester area in the 1980s.
Dean, of Crescent Road, Windermere, faced two charges of indecency with a child and one of indecently assaulting a child.
He was jailed for 18 months for one indecency charge, six months for the other and two years for the assault.
He was also ordered to sign the sex offenders' register until further notice.
