The sessions at Energus, in Lillyhall, on August 10 and 17 are being organised by Cumbria Chamber of Commerce.
They are delivered by Peter Fleming, of Business Doctors Cumbria, and are aimed at senior managers and business owners looking to build their businesses.
The two one-day sessions are held a week apart, and participants will be expected to analyse their own businesses in the period between the two days.
They will teach 10 steps to help businesses grow.
These include ‘Ditch the business plan! – Step back from the day to day and get inspired’, ‘What business are you in?’, ‘View everything you do from the customer’s perspective’ and ‘Look in the mirror – where can we improve? Where are we vulnerable?’.
Attendees will also gain access to a ‘ValueBuilder’ report for their business, a no obligation free ‘business health check’ and a copy of Business Doctors’ ‘Breaking Big’ book.
The workshops run from 10am to 4pm each day.
The delegate rate for the two-day workshop is £130 plus VAT for chamber members and £240 plus VAT for non-members.
