(FOOTPATH NOS 262010 AND 262011 IN THE PARISH OF WORKINGTON) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PEDESTRIANS) ORDER 2021
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that to enable Story Contracting to carry out railway underbridge works ("the Works"), the County Council of Cumbria intends to make an Order the effect of which is to prohibit pedestrians from proceeding along the following sections of footpath in the Parish of Workington: -
1. Footpath No. 262010: For approx. 30m between Grid Ref: 298921 525542 and 298932 525514.
2. Footpath No. 262011: For approx. 38m between Grid Ref: 298939 525506 and 298950 525542.
There is no suitable alternative route for pedestrians.

The Order will come into operation on 27 September 2021 and may continue in force for a period of up to six months from that date as and when the appropriate traffic signs are displayed, although it is anticipated that it will only be required for 4 months.
