NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION PLANNING (LISTED BUILDINGS AND CONSERVATION AREAS) ACT 1990 DEVELOPMENT AFFECTING A LISTED BUILDING OR CONSERVATION AREA An application has been made to the Council for planning permission for the Development(s) set out below.
LOCATION: 35 HOLLY TERRACE, MAIN STREET, HENSINGHAM, WHITEHAVEN
PROPOSAL: LISTED BUILDING CONSENT TO PART DEMOLISH CHIMNEY STACK (APPROX 2 METRES) ON REAR ELEVATION TO MAIN BUILDING; REPLACE EXISTING THREE SINGLE GLAZED WOODEN SASH WINDOWS TO FRONT ELEVATION WITH DOUBLE GLAZED WOODEN SASH WINDOWS
