WOODBURN Sarah Annie The family of the late Sarah would like to express their sincere thanks for all the kind words, sympathy cards and donations at this sad time. Special thanks to Hospice at Home, the Carers and District Nurses for all their care and kindness. The Rev Melanie Appleby for the lovely service. The Old Captains House for their wonderful hospitality and finally Ross and everyone at Adams, Read & Hocking for their support, guidance and professionalism. Sarah will always be in our hearts.
