SLATER Tom Elizabeth, Adrian, Vicky and Becca would like to thank all the family, friends and neighbours for their love, support, messages and donations at this sad time. A special thank you to Vicki Neale of fellview healthcare for her consistent care and attention. Thanks also to Jean's Flower Boutique for the beautiful flowers. We are most grateful to Ross and Adams, Read, Hocking for their invaluable support and guidance. Many thanks to Phil, Joan, Sandra and staff at Hundith Hill Hotel for their welcome support for our loss of 'FATHA' and the excellent hospitality we received.
