LEWTHWAITE Ronald Mary and the family of the late Ron Lewthwaite wish to thank relatives, friends and neighbours for their messages of sympathy and support following their recent sad bereavement and also for the donations to Hospice at Home. Special thanks to Fiona (Ron's Palliative Care Nurse), District Nurses, his carers, Hospice at Home, Fell View Surgery and Fare's Chemist for all the care, support and kindness given to Ron and his family. Also a thank you to Father Ed Gornall for a lovely service and Mike Jolly of Eaves Funeral Service for his great kindness, care and professionalism at such a difficult time.
