PATTINSON Hilda John and family of the late Hilda wish to thank Mike Jolly of Eaves Funeral Service and Anne Avison (Celebrant) for organising and conducting a beautiful service at Distington Crematorium. Thank you to friends and neighbours and all who attended the service for their cards and sympathy at this sad time. Thank you to Dr Mead and Dr Hassell and all staff of Ward 4 at WCH for their care and attention during Hilda's final days and to all doctors and staff at Flatt Walks Surgery for their care over Hilda's long illness. Thanks to all staff from 121 Care and to Jean's Flowers for the beautiful floral display. Special thanks to lifelong friends, Bob and Edith, for their help and kindness over the years. Thanks also to all my family who were there when I needed them the most. RIP Hilda.
