SOPPITT Joan The family of the late Joan Soppitt wish to thank Sue Edwards and her dedicated team at Wyndham Manor Residential Home for the exemplary care Joan received during the last 12 months of her life. They also wish to thank Dr David Rudd and also all the staff at Adams Read & Hocking Funeral Directors for their compassion, attention to detail, professionalism and care to them as a family.
