FARRER Gerald Kath, Lynne, Peter and the family of the late Gerald Farrer would like to offer their thanks to the many people who showed great kindness and support during Gerald's illness and in the time since he left us on 18 April 2019. For their efficient, dignified and extremely sensitive approach to every request, we are so grateful to Mike Jolly and all the staff at Eaves Funeral Service. We are greatly appreciative of the dedication and professionalism of Alison, curate at St James, Whitehaven, for her kindness and leading such a beautiful service. Sincere thanks are owed to some of Gerald's Masonic friends for undertaking their roles as bearers. Finally, thank you to everyone who visited, called or sent cards, before and following his passing, offered assistance and words of empathy and tribute to Gerald. We are sorry that we did not get the chance to speak with everyone at Gerald's funeral but are so pleased and proud that you were part of such a special day.
