Ravenglass and Eskdale Railway has announced that the characters from children's show Paw Patrol will be paying a visit this Spring.

The Nickelodeon series, which features a pack of search and rescue dogs, has been a huge hit nationwide since launching in 2013.

Now, following successful Peppa Pig events, the Lake District railway has confirmed that it will host Paw Patrol days on Saturday March 24 and Sunday 25.

Fun for all the family, there will be activities at either end of the line and there will be a chance to meet some of the show's main stars, including Marshall and Chase.

Tickets also include all-day travel on the Ravenglass to Eskdale Railway.

Time slots for tickets from Ravenglass are: 9.25am, 10.25am, 10.45am, 11.25am, 11.45am, 12.25pm, 12.45pm or 13.25pm.

Under-threes travel for free.

You can either book online to secure your ticket, or just turn up on the day at Ravenglass ticket office.
