Adam is new Triers’ chairman

ON January 19, after the Thursday evening training session, St Bees Triers held their AGM.
Adam Nichol took over the role of chairman and Nancy Lawton continued as secretary. As well as looking back over the achievements of last year, the programme for this year was discussed.
Individuals were again encouraged to enter the Lakeland Trail Races, as well as other races in the area.
A Family Triathlon is being organised; a relay run across England and a relay swim along Windermere are being considered as well.
