Junior golfers to the fore
THIS year’s junior programme started in April – 23 juniors have been taking part, four playing off the yellow tees and 19 off the forward blue tees. These six-holers are held every Monday until the end of September.

Celtic seize the football day
WITH just two games remaining, both against Amateurs, Celtic U10s went into this match knowing a draw or a win would clinch the league title. Amateurs Blues for their part had only lost one game all season and had title aspirations of their own. Both teams had a number of chances this half but only one was taken.
