Kids are on their marks for athletics open day

A FREE athletics taster sessions has been enjoyed at Cumbria Sports Academy in Whitehaven.
Copeland Athletics Club threw its doors open for a day to help introduce local youngsters to the worlds of long jump, high jump and other track and field events.
