CLUB: Cockermouth Cricket Club, Sandair, Gote Road, Cockermouth
FIRST FORMED: 1823
MILESTONES: North Lancashire & Cumbria Premier Division winners 2006; North Lancashire & Cumbria 1st division winners 2002; Sowerby Cup winners 2003. Juniors have won numerous league & cup titles at different ages. In 2004, under-11s, under-13s and under-15s all won the leagues.
BEST TEAMS: Open to debate!
HOW MANY PLAYERS INVOLVED AT MOMENT: 140 juniors + 50 seniors
TEAMS: Under-11s, under-13s, under-15s, & three senior league teams plus pie & pea 11
TRAINING PROGRAMME: Under-11s Thursday 6- 7.30pm, Under-13s Tuesday 6-7.30pm, Under-15s Friday 6-7.30pm. Seniors Tuesday & Thursday 6-8pm
COACHING: Under-11s: Mike Fisher, Sally styles; Under-13s: Jon Gibson; under-15s: Trevor Hodgson, Chris Hendry
WHERE WOULD THE CLUB LIKE TO BE IN TEN YEARS: To have a new scorebox and improved practice facilities
