St Mary's Primary School, Whitehaven were the eventual winners of the Copeland junior school bowls tournament this week.
The final of the competition was held on Tuesday with St Mary's winning by three ends to one against Valley School.
The winning team was Keira Williamson, Dylan Cromwell, Cody Fyfe, Paynton Field, Harley Nelson, Ethan Smith, Spike Canavan ,Amy Moore, Kayla Dunn, Neo Wilson, Olivia Nicholson and Anya Mitchell, with coach Ron Nelson.
Several local schools were involved in the tournament, run at Whitehaven Bowling Club.
The medal and trophy presentations were made by Jackie Walker.
