Viking helps out at extension opening

LAMPLUGH School has officially opened its new extension.
Pupils, staff, parents and governors celebrated the finished work which provides a larger hall, an extra classroom and an improved playground.
Jane Harrison, chair of the Lamplugh School governors, said: “We would like to thank the pupils for their patience during wet playtimes.
“And to the parents, staff and governors for their support.’’
Pupils on the school council are currently working on their next project which is to refurbished and develop a wildlife area at the school.
