HORDES of adoring fans will be out in force to meet Premier League footballer Graeme Le Saux when he comes to Old Amersham for a Night of Festive Celebration.
The Chelsea player will be at the seasonal event in the High Street next Thursday to sign autographs and pick the winning ticket from a raffle, which has been organised to raise money for Amersham's 61 Youth Club.
The event will also feature a town crier, a barbershop quartet and there will be a barbecue available for the revellers.
Maggie Hill from the Amersham Business Association which has arranged the night, said Mr Le Saux will be at the event to support the youth club.
She said: "I'm sure he will be able to do some signing of autographs. It will be a really nice time for the children."
The event starts at 6pm and finishes at 9pm.
