It’s Batman Reliant and Robin
A BATMAN from Whitehaven, and two Robins, one a Reliant, will be leaving Workington next month for a fund-raising trip from John O’Groats to Land’s End. Andrew Sloan and Brian Martin - will take turns behind the wheel of a replica of Del Boy’s Reliant Robin in a recreation of a famous episode from Only Fools and Horses. Andrew, 42, from Thornton Road, Whitehaven, and Brian are work-mates at Sellafield. They are making the journey to raise funds for the Friends of Chernobyl’s Children.
