No insurance
A MOTORIST has been fined for two driving offences.
Andrew Hinde, 33, of Croftlands, Bigrigg, pleaded guilty to having no insurance or MoT.
He was fined £400 plus £50 costs and a £15 victim surcharge.
Drugs fine
DAVID Harrison, 40, of The Hollies, Egremont, has admitted possessing cannabis – a Class B drug – and must pay a £50 fine plus £85 costs and a £15 victim surcharge.
Threatening
A 21-YEAR-OLD man has been fined after he admitted threatening behaviour.
Jordan Herve, of High Road, Whitehaven, must pay a £330 fine plus £85 costs and a £15 victim surcharge.
Assault
NATHAN Mann, 22, has pleaded guilty to assaulting a woman.
Mann, of Earls Road, Bransty, Whitehaven, was fined £100. Court costs of £50 and a £15 victim surcharge were also imposed.
Drive ban
A MOOR Row motorist has been banned from driving for 12 months.
Damian Scott Skillen, 28, of Dalzell Street, admitted using a vehicle without insurance.
Magistrates at West Cumbria Courthouse also fined him £100 with £15 victim surcharge and £50 costs.
Defective tyre
AN Egremont motorist has been fined £330.
Adam Haig, 27, of Smithfield Road, admitted using a vehicle with a defective tyre. He was also fined £50 with £15 victim surcharge.
Magistrates at West Cumbria Courthouse also banned him from driving for six months.
