A WEST Cumbrian diet and fitness instructor has been “hand-picked’’ by Rosemary Conley to run a new exercise programme.
Tracey Telfer, who locally runs Rosemary Conley Diet and Fitness classes, will be integrating the fat-burning, dance-based Kardy-O-Fun, developed by internationally-renowned fitness presenter, Kardy Laguda, into her slimming sessions.
She said: “I was delighted to be hand-picked as part of the creative team working alongside Kardy on this development.
“After months of work, Kardy-O-Fun was born, an infectious, powerfully motivating workout with simple movements choreographed in a fun and professional way which can be followed by anyone of any age and ability.
“My West Cumbrian members also played a vital role by taking part in trials and offering their feedback on the programme.”
Tracey will be launching Kardy-O-Fun with two special launch events at St Gregory and St Patrick’s School, Esk Avenue, Whitehaven, from 7.30pm on Monday, April 30, and at St Mary’s, Salisbury Street, Workington on Tuesday, May 1 from 7.15pm.
