THE youngest victim was 23-year-old Jamie Clark who was driving through Seascale when Bird shot at him.
He was hit and crashed the car he was driving.
Jamie, who came from Buckinghamshire, worked for estate agents and lettings agency Belvoir in Cockermouth.
He had moved to the area last year with his fiancee Leanne Jarman. Friends said he was “one of the nicest lads you could ever hope to meet’’.
Jamie was heading back to the office after a property viewing appointment when he was shot at.
A grieving Leanne said: “I am left without my best friend and soulmate.’’
The couple had been living in Carlisle and planned to get married in a couple of years’ time.
Jamie was the son of Richard and Jane Clark who hit the headlines almost a decade ago when they won £2.3million on the national lottery.
Jamie moved north to work for Belvoir’s two years ago. The firm’s franchisees, Colin Belton and Pamela Schure, said: “We are all utterly devastated by Jamie’s death. It is difficult to put into words the profound sense of shock and loss. James was one of our letting agents and was an asset to our company.
“He was outgoing, cheerful, very friendly and a highly valued member of our team. This is a tragic loss.’’
