A WEEK of activities has been taking place this week as part of Copeland Health Week.
There has been everything from Zumba, to walking, to tap dancing.
The events week was organised by Copeland Council and NHS Cumbria to highlight the many ways of enjoying keeping fit.
The 2011 Health Profile for Copeland highlighted that 19.6 per cent of children aged 10 and 11 are classified as obese, and an estimated 22 per cent of adults smoke.
Local sports providers are also supporting the week with a range of supplementary activities.
