A SCHOOL reunion was held at Hensingham Rugby League Club.
Former pupils who attended Overend School (1979-84) or who went on to Whitehaven Grammar School (81-84) enjoyed the event meeting up with friends.
Organiser Tracy McCreadie said: “It took nine months to organise and we had people travel from all over including London and Yorkshire.
“One of our teachers came and everyone said that it was a great turn-out.’’
