Eskdale Fete in August 1985

Eskdale Fete was opened by Chris Bonington during August 1985. Despite the wet weather crowds braved the rain to enjoy the many activities held at the Outward Bound Mountain School .They included Punch and Judy, abseilling, mountain rescue demonstrations and parachute jumping.
