Sick pay used to buy drugs
A MILLOM man ‘addicted’ to cannabis has admitted using sick pay to fund his habit.

Pay, defending himself, said: “I am stupid for being involved in drugs.
“I have seen my doctor and she is putting me on drugs counselling.”District Judge Gerald Chalk said: “If you continue to offend in this manner the court will have to deal with this other than in fines.“The only reason we’re not taking that step today is you are trying to address it yourself.”
