Commuters warned of Papcastle hold-up

A BROKEN-DOWN lorry is causing long delays at Papcastle (Thursday, February 4 - 4.20pm)
The lorry has broken down on the A595 at Papcastle, between the A594 and A66 - a route already heavy with commuter traffic due to the disruption caused by the closed bridges at Workington.
