Broke speed limit

A MOTORIST has been fined £120 after admitting driving six miles over the speed limit at Howgate.
Paul Thomas Martin, 45, of Fleswick Avenue, Woodhouse, drove at 46mph in a 40mph zone.
Magistrates ordered him to pay £50 costs and a £15 victim surcharge.
