ANGERED that his brother had started seeing his ex-girlfriend, Jason Scott climbed up a drainpipe at her home and broke a window before issuing threats.
At Whitehaven Court, on Friday, district judge Gerald Chalk said the offences against Scott were so serious that reports were needed before sentencing took place, yesterday, Wednesday.
The court heard Scott had kicked a hole in a window at Eileen Whittam’s home and had later told his brother, “You’re dead“.
