A summer fair and leavers disco have helped to raise around £1,800 for a Whitehaven school.
Youngsters at St Gregory and St Patrick's Catholic Community School have taken part in fundraisers before the end of term.
They were organised by the Friends of St Gregory and St Patrick's (FOSGAP).
Activities at the summer fair included a tombola, hook-a-duck, spin the wheel, independent stalls and there was also refreshments. A leavers disco was also held for pupils.
One of the organisers, Kathryn Ball, said: "It went really well. The children enjoyed it very much."
A leavers disco has also been held for pupils to mark the end of their time at primary school.
