Crowned Miss Publicity and Miss Charity, Danielle also bagged herself a modelling contract.
The 25-year-old wowed the judges by raising over half the £1000 collected for charity by all the contestants and for her work with the media. She will now team up with Samerah Models and Danielle says she wants to carry on her charity work with Health Action Team, which she raised the money for.
Not just based on beauty, the judges were looking for someone who embodied the competition’s motto ‘beauty with a purpose’. The other six awards handed out were Miss Personality, Miss Popularity, Miss Fabulous Hair, Miss Beautiful Smile, Miss Photogenic and Miss Style.
Danielle said: “I’m so glad to have won the Miss Charity and Miss Publicity awards - I worked really hard for them! They are definitely the two that I wanted to win so it’s amazing that I did.”
Danielle boarded at St Bees School for six years after spending some of her early life in Saudi Arabia and also has an honours degree in Modern Languages and Political Science from the University of Birmingham. Danielle is also a school governor for Moresby Primary School. She now works in Manchester city centre after setting up her own business, DLM Risk Management Limited of which she is the founder and director.
