BAD weather has led to Egremont's Christmas lights switch-on being cancelled this weekend.
Organised have called off the Christmas Wonderland - scheduled for Sunday - because health and safety concerns mean they cannot erect their gazebos.
However it is hoped the event can be rearranged for next Sunday, December 6.
