Singing, slides and soaking teachers helped Egremont students to enjoy a fun-filled summer fair.
St Bridget's Catholic Primary School opened its doors to the community for the annual community event.
Hook a duck, soak the teacher and bouncy castles with slides were all popular as youngsters took part in end-of-term activities.
The school held its first fair last year to mark its 50th year on the current site.
Headteacher Suzanne Smith said: "Continuing on from the success of our first summer fete last year, we decided to make it an annual event.
"It is a wonderful opportunity to bring the community together to raise funds for school but by having a good time while doing it."
The fair was supported by staff, governors, the school's parent-teacher association and parishioners from St Mary's Church.
Mrs Smith said: "The parishioners kindly made cakes and served them with teas and coffees while the PTA organised the bouncy castles, food and ice cream vans.
"It was a team effort from the staff also, who organised games such as tin can alley, hook a duck and soak the teacher, which was very busy indeed!
"The governors did a great job serving drinks in 'St Bridget's Bar'. Luckily we had the weather on our side to allow so many people a fun afternoon.
"It took a lot of hard work and team work to organise but it was absolutely worth every second of it."
