Called A Happy Place, it contains memories and memorabillia from the former YMCA.
The figures inside were created by children from Bransty Primary School, Greenbank Community Centre and Howgill Girls’ Group.
Funded by the Heritage Lottery Fund, the art work was also aided by Helen Morgan and Janice Murray, formerly of Howgill Arts.
It was part of a project, called Changing West Cumbria: Life and Leisure for Young People, which saw people, who attended the YMCA from the 1940s to the 1980s, share their oral histories.
