SCULPTURE, performance and film are set to be on show at Florence Arts Centre later this month.
A variety of emerging artists are being invited to the centre for an annual artist-led residency called Doremifasolasido.
An open day will be held for the public on Saturday, August, 20. People will be be able to meet the artists and take part in a variety of activities.
The exhibition will then run until September 4.
It will feature work by artists from around the country. They are coming to Cumbria to forge links between artists and arts organisations working in urban and rural settings.
This year participating artists have been nominated by partner organisations in London, Leeds, Manchester, Newcastle and Cumbria. Over the week-long residency, participating artists will create artwork, from sculpture to performance and film, taking inspiration from Florence Arts Centre itself.
