A WHITEHAVEN woman has unfortunately had to cancel a fundraising coffee morning, set to take place tomorrow (Friday).
Joyce Crouth, of Wastwater Road, was due to hold the fundraiser in aid of The Whitehaven News and RNLI lifeboat appeal.
Although she has had to cancel the event she still plans to hold a raffle locally. Any money raised will go to the appeal.
The appeal, launched last month, aims to raise £15,000 for a new boat which will be based at Workington Lifeboat Station.
