A CLEATOR Moor care provider has seen its rating improve to "requires improvement''.
121 Care - which delivers personal care support to around 60 people in their own homes - was previously rated by the Care Quality Commission as 'inadequate'. However, following an inspection last month, CQC inspectors said the provider had improved in the areas of 'responsive' and 'well-led' since their visit in October 2015.
The inspectors said: "We saw enough evidence to show that these areas of concern had been dealt with appropriately.''
Lorraine Telford, manager at 121 Care, said: "We have worked very hard to improve and we are pleased with this new inspection report. I want to thank the staff for all their hard work and commitment.''
