A Whitehaven man in his seventies has been flown to Cumberland Infirmary following a heart attack.
The Great North Air Ambulance Service (GNAAS) was called to the West Cumberland Hospital where the GNAAS doctor and paramedic team assessed and treated the patient before taking him to Carlisle.
His condition was said to be stable.
