A Friday night project run by an Egremont youth group is offering football sessions to youngsters.
Egremont Youth Partnership is offering children the chance to play football at West Lakes Academy’s sports hall and gym.
The one-hour session has proved popular so far, and food and drink is included in the £1 entry price. A football session runs between 6.30pm and 7.30pm, with an open session from 7.30pm to 8.30pm.
The group also runs a cafe, at the Core on Chapel Street, on Tuesdays between 1pm and 3pm. This includes baking sessions.
