AN EVENT celebrating fresh, seasonal fruit and vegetables is coming to Egremont.
It will see a cookery demonstration from Grainne Jakobson as well as her talking about what foods are in season.
She will produce a meal using produce such as french beans, courgettes, tomatoes, sweet corn, kale and raspberries.
Participants will also learn about growing food, preparation and safe cooking.
Places for the event are limited and anyone who wants to book should contact Chris Pickles at chris.pickles@copeland.gov.uk
The session is free and all equipment will be provided.
