A consultancy firm from Cleator Moor has taken on more staff in its second recruitment drive of the year.

Jaeva Management has strengthened its team with the appointment of two new members.

The legal consultancy firm, set up two years ago, welcomed Viona Retkowska and Alison Brown as a legal practice management software trainer and a business support administrator respectively.

Ms Retkowska has experience in the legal services sector and was previously employed at law firms DWF and Cobbetts LLP for over 13 years. She is an associate member of the Institute of Legal Finance and Management and is qualified to ILFM diploma level.

Her responsibilities are to deliver high-quality training services, both on site and remotely, to legal practices that have upgraded their software.

Ms Brown is currently studying for an NVQ level three in business management at Lakes College, Lillyhall, and will spend the majority of her time at the company’s Cleator Moor head office providing administrative support to Jaeva’s consultants.

Nicola Moore-Miller, Jaeva’s managing director, said: “Although a relatively young company, we’ve seen rapid growth over the past two years which is what has led to these two jobs becoming available.

“In Viona and Alison, we’ve appointed two high-calibre individuals to join us on our exciting journey towards continued future growth.

“We’re a dedicated legal industry supplier, so there’s strong demand for our services.

“Investing in our workforce will have a positive impact on our consultancy provision – we can service a greater number of clients, while maintaining the consistently best-quality delivery for which we’ve become so well known.”

Jaeva also offers consultancy for projects relating to general business management including risk management, financial management and regulatory compliance.
