Citizens Advice Copeland will be holding its AGM on Wednesday, November 23 at 3pm.
The charity also needs to change its memorandum and articles so will hold an emergency general meeting an hour earlier at 2pm.
Shelley said: "Although we are in the process of contacting our members we want to ensure that everyone is notified and those who we don't have listed are given the opportunity to attend and vote.
"It would be really good to speak to any members, introduce them to our service now and find out how they contributed to the Citizens Advice service in the past.''
The meetings will be held at the Citizens Advice Copeland office at Tangier Buildings, Greggs Lane, Whitehaven.
