Motorist cut out of car after Lillyhall crash

EMERGENCY services were called out to a road traffic accident at Lillyhall today.
A flat lorry and Renault Laguna collided at around 8.30am near Dobies garage.
Two fire crews worked with police and the ambulance service to assist the driver of the Renault, aged 35, and a female passenger, aged 37.
One person was cut out of the car and the second had minor injuries.
The road was blocked for around 45 minutes and reopened at 9.15am.
