Well-being workshop

A WELL-BEING workshop for women experiencing the menopause will be held on Saturday, May 17, at The Senhouse Centre from 10am-5pm.
Nutrition therapist Rosemarie Sellers will be holding the workshop which offers advice on what foods to eat, the use of herbs and vitamins to help with hot flushes and how exercise can strengthen bones.
