Recession over? Not from my viewpoint

cegeoffsand SIR – It’s official – the recession is over, was the news announced at the end of last week. So now we can ignore the increasing number of food banks, the rising prices of gas, electricity, heating oil, water bills, council tax, property, food, petrol, train and bus fares... ignore the high youth unemployment and families living in one room.
