TALENTED young performers have impressed at the London College of Music and Media’s annual concert.
Held at Workington’s Westfield Primary School, students from Copeland and Allerdale performed to a high standard in front of a large audience, including the mayor and mayoress of Allerdale, Joe and Dorothy Holliday.
Performances came in a variety of disciplines, including classical singing, theatre pianoforte, keyboard and guitar – all of which were well executed.
Trophies were awarded to the students who achieved a distinction highest mark for their exam grades, and certificates were presented to all those who performed.
The area co coordinator for the LCM, Chris Hunter, and teachers congratulated the students for their work.
