Best festive exhibit ever at Lowes Court Gallery

SOME of the highest quality art work from West Cumbria has gone on sale in the Christmas exhibition at Lowes Court Gallery.
The Main Street, Egremont, gallery features work by local artists such as painter Mark Pearce from Ravenglass and woodturner Les Campbell from Frizington. But there’s also work from further afield.
The exhibition is always a popular event providing well-made Cumbrian gifts just in time for Christmas.
Gallery manger Kerry Wright said: “The standard of work seems to get better each year and visitors love the opportunity to buy something truly Cumbrian for their friends at Christmas.”
Jewellery, woodwork, paintings, photographs, glassware, handmade books and other art works feature among the hundreds of exhibits.
The gallery is open every day except Sunday and runs until the end of December.
