AWARD-WINNING comedian Josh Widdecombe is back on the road – and will be calling at Millom as part of a major national tour.
Josh’s eagerly-awaited new show, The Further Adventures Of, arrives at The Beggar’s Theatre on Friday, October 26, where he will share his continued frustration with everything he comes into contact with.
Unable to relax and enjoy life, Josh has decided that it is everyone else that is at fault for his lack of enthusiasm for leaving the house!
Since his first gig in 2008, Josh has enjoyed an award-winning stand-up career, and has become a television regular, most recently on Channel 4’s acclaimed Paralympic spin-off show, The Last Leg.
Among his other credits include appearances on Stand Up For The Week, Mock The Week, 8 Out of 10 Cats and The Rob Brydon Show.
Tickets cost £12.50 and the show includes a support act. For more information telephone the venue on 01229 775677 or visit www.beggarstheatre.co.uk.
Comedian Simon Day’s Comedy & Error show, which was due to take place at Whitehaven Civic Hall on Saturday, has been rescheduled to February 7 next year.
For ticket details contact the Civic Hall on 01946 514960.
